We can help in increasing property‘s value by advising suitable renovation, undertake sub-division for creating additional title and assist in construction of an additional sleep-out in the premises.

Our associated tradesmen, surveyor, architect, builder and project manager have good experience in their respective fields. From concept to completion, we work closely with buyers/investors.

We work on a small profit - 8% of project cost, + GST. However , initial discussion is free of any cost.

We are available for advise on an hourly basis also for a price $80/hour + GST.

We can also consider ‘joint venture‘ with investors.
